Responsibilities

:

• Be our tea evangelist! Educate buyers (retailers, corporate clients) on our unique product benefits.
• Develop and execute offline sales strategies (e.g., grocery stores, cafes, offices) to expand distribution.
• Lead brand promotion efforts --plan pop-up events, tastings, and partnerships to boost awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store displays and promotions.
• Manage local marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns. You're a Fit If You:
• 3+ years in brand marketing + offline sales (CPG, beverage, or FMCG experience preferred).
• Proven success in growing physical retail distribution (U.S. market required).
• Strong negotiation skills with retailers and distributors.
• Creative flair for designing engaging promotions and experiences.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
