Hey friends -- We're looking for a part-time Personal Insurance Customer Service Pro (or someone who wants to become one!) to join our small but mighty team. We're a friendly, independent insurance agency based in Sturbridge, with over 50 years of helping awesome people protect what matters most. We believe in training our people, laughing often, and treating clients like family. This role is perfect for someone who: * Likes people and helping them * Is organized and on the ball * Wants flexible hours (20-25 per week) * Might have insurance experience -- but if not, we'll train the right person * Wants hang out with us at the office Duties * Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and selecting appropriate coverage. * Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. * Collaborate with team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Document all client interactions accurately in the sales administration system. * Answering client questions * Writing new polices * Making policy updates * Guiding customers * Talking to insurance carriers * Making people feel taken care of Join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Pro and contribute to helping clients secure their future while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
