Minxgin is hiring! We are a leading company in automotive interiors. INTERIOR AUTOMOTIVE INDISPENSABLE EXPERIENCE 1. According to the company's sales targets, break down and develop the sales plan, explore sales opportunities, and be responsible for the development and maintenance of new customers. 2. Understand the business requirements of customers and establish customer files. Carry out business development through visits or other ways to obtain project nomination. 3. Follow up the project according to APQP in automobile industry, transmit information of customer needs to other departments (RD & QUALITY) in the company during development stage, and coordinate the entire progress. 4. During SOP, responsible for supervising the on-time delivery of qualified products to customers. In case of customer complaints, assist the Quality Department in handling customer complaints. 5. Foresight on the industry trend and customer direction, and able to provide constructive development suggestions to the company.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 10+ years' experience in automotive interiors industry, preferably experience with General Motors. 2. Skilled at sales communication and socializing, fluent in both spoken and written English. 3. Work based in Detroit, USA, flexible with business trips.
