Licensed Sales Producer

Duties

: - Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and secure new customers - Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products - Explain coverage options, policy terms, and conditions to clients - Process policy changes, claims, and other customer service requests - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust - Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations (HIPAA) - Proficient in using computer and other sales tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills Licensed: - Must optained Property and Casualty License We offer a commission structure, and benefits package.
