Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through warm calling and inside sales techniques. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for business development. Duties * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients who want more info from our ads. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to generate interest. * Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our software systems. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process. * Continuously seek feedback and improve techniques based on performance metrics. Experience * Proven experience in sales, particularly in warm calling or inside sales environments. * Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis. * Strong technical sales experience is a plus, especially in software-related fields. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. * A background in customer service is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients.
