Responsibilities

: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling - Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations - Meet sales targets and goals set by the company Experience: - Proven experience in telemarketing, outside sales, or retail sales - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure new clients - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for handling confidential client information - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Experience in benefits administration is preferred As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with the insurance coverage they need to protect their assets.
