Job Summary A Global Sales Coordinator oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives. Their main duties include assisting in setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools. In addition, The global Sales Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating activities, providing customer and salesperson support, liaising with the Logistics and Operations department, and making sure the shipment process is as smooth as possible with the customers. This position will be heavily based in providing a supporting structure for the Sales department. The Sales Coordinator should be detail oriented and have a clear sense of prioritization and keen ability to follow through with customer claims and requests. Responsibilities Assign territories and quotas to company sales staff, together with the global sales director * Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff * Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures * Analyzing customer purchasing data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers Hold monthly sales meetings to motivate and inform, assuring that the sales team is fully knowledgeable of new products that are being promoted through our monthly newsletter Handle walk-in and phone escalations Maintain and standardize a high level of customer service within the team by consistent training with test scores. Creating new training programs as needed Listen to sales phone calls to ensure a high level of customer service. Walk the sales floor to ensure a high level of consistency in customer service excellence. Create onboarding programs and scheduling for new sales team members Hold weekly meetings with Sales Management to review the KPIs of the Department. Track the quotas and goals of each sales team member with the Sales Division Manager and take necessary actions when goals are not being met Meet monthly with team members from other Departments such as Logistics, Shipping, Marketing, IT, Quality control and Accounting, to gather feedback to optimize sales. Job Title: Global Sales Coordinator Reports To: Global Sales Director Job Description Investigate customer complaints and follow up until the customer is satisfied. Create sales training binders with essential information to train our sales team. Be accessible to provide support day to day to salespeople concerning procedures, our CRM system and our internal ERP systems. Consistently review that price levels for customers are correct according to volume and dealership status. Ensure that pricing levels meet our pricing policies. Create procedures according to ISO 9001 for all aspects of the sales process. Liaise with IT department to assist customers with shopping cart orders or online issues Create motivational sales achievement boards according to sales goals reached in order to further inspire salespeople. Encourage more use of the location two/emergency orders department in order to fulfill customers' orders that are not in stock Encourage backorders when inventory is not available by working with supply chain Work with IT team to create new technological advancements in our CRM programs and our online system processes Follow up with new customer inquiries by updating reports and making sure they are set up in the system. Consistently evaluate new customer leads performance by working with our marketing team Review consistently customer service surveys to be able to promote and/or provide feedback to the sales team * Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date in the sales floor in Miami and Dallas locations. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements with data Ensure customers are adequately categorized in the system in terms of class code. Ensure transitions are smooth when sales reps are changed. Ensure every customer knows who their customer sales rep is. * Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available. * Ensure that every sales rep has the company culture, values, vision and mission in mind when speaking to customers Knowledge and Skills Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Advanced mathematical skills * Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to form and document procedures according to ISO 9001 standards Advanced knowledge of computers Effective time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales management: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Miami, FL 33166 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Miami, FL 33166: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personConfidential
