Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on beauty products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to explore our range of beauty cosmetics. Your ability to engage with clients and promote products will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beauty cosmetics, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance. * Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products to enhance the shopping experience. * Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items. * Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide informed advice. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
