Summary As an Inside Sales Representative at Mr. Appliance, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers via phone and email to understand their appliance repair needs. * Provide accurate information about services and pricing to clients. * Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery after sales. * Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. * Multilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
