What You 'll Do: * Hunt for opportunities: Analyze government solicitations and identify lucrative contracts. * Source hard-to-find parts: Leverage your expertise and network to locate rare and critical components. * Seal the deal: Source, secure, and negotiate vendor quotations to ensure the best terms. * Master the details: Interpret technical specifications to accurately identify required parts. * Stay ahead of the competition: Conduct market research to uncover new sourcing opportunities. * Crush your goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales and bid targets. What You Bring to the Table: Proven Sales Success: 2-5 years of experience in government sales with a strong track record. Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of government contracts, terminology, and ethics. Key Connections: Established relationships with OEMs and distributors in the government sector. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop smart solutions. Negotiation Expertise: Strong analytical, communication, and deal- closing skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. U.S. Citizenship: Required for this role. Bonus Points For: Experience in procurement within the defense or government contracting industry.
