Sales & Service Associate (Aesthetics & Alternative Med Spa) CryoActive Wellness in Rocky River is seeking a sales and service Associate to help our clients achieve their goals of pain management, sports performance, beauty and overall wellness. You will introduce our clients to our innovative wellness modalities that will help them feel and look better. Qualifications * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks * Proficient in basic math calculations for financial management * Sales experience to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and client appointments * You value ethics and integrity * You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best Some Responsibilities Include * Selling health and wellness services to new and existing clients to build and maintain our client base * Educating clients on CryoActive's modalities and products that support and enhance their experience * Performing cryo slimming and toning treatments, cryo facials, local cryo treatments, whole body cryotherapy treatments and other services after receiving extensive training from us * Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc. * Ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained * Following up with leads and members and self-generating leads in the community * Promoting a positive work environment * Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms and any other duties assigned * Being considerate, neat, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and communication and dress appropriately. Learn more at [please apply online] Job Hours: You will need to work Saturdays 10am to 2pm. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
