Requirements * Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is a plus. * A genuine enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams. * Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to present products to potential customers confidently. * Property and Casualty license is preferred.
