Join Our Team at Below Zero! We're a fast-growing beauty and skincare brand looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. If you enjoy helping others, have a passion for skincare, and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to meet you. What You 'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish
  • Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on individual needs
  • Demonstrate product use and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
  • Handle purchases accurately and efficiently at the register
  • Work toward daily and monthly sales goals
  • Support in-store events, promotions, and customer follow-ups What We 're Looking For:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing with a customer-first attitude
  • Self-driven with a desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus (especially in beauty/skincare)
