About the Role: As a Sales Consultant at Tom George Yacht Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively communicate with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized, and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the marine or luxury goods industry * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded * Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise * Effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions * Work closely with the management team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service Skills: As a Sales Consultant, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
