Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through direct sales efforts, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to effectively communicate our product offerings to potential clients in a B2B environment. Responsibilities * Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and outside sales efforts, to generate new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective territory management. * Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assess competitive landscape. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Present technical sales proposals tailored to meet client needs and address their challenges. * Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly. * Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B setting. * Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and territory management. * Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated with a strong desire for success and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Previous experience in sales management or business development is desirable but not mandatory.
