Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Engage in technical sales activities, presenting product offerings to clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Lead account management efforts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products. * Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships. * Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals while meeting client expectations. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration. * Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
