Full description of the position
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively work with Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as Wireless, ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting and laboratory equipment. Develop sales strategies for your applicable region, Conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identify valid leads, follow-up and coordinate with sales management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*: * Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders inline with assigned targets * Work to streamline sales processes and workflow * Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal * Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships * Present products to prospective clients * Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication * Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and website inquiries; * Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with CRM systems; * Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment; * Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines; * Thrive in a fast-pace environment and work well under pressure; * Articulate, professional, courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers * Customer service-oriented; * Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude; EDUCATION: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
