• Outbound Sales Agent Wanted - ACA + Dental/Vision/Hearing Sales Join our top-performing outbound team and start closing ACA Health Plans , Dental , Vision , and Hearing coverage. We provide the leads -- you make the calls, close the deals, and stack your commissions. Pay Structure:
• $20 per deal
• $25 per deal after 50 deals in a week
• $5 per referral
• Agents are averaging $1,500 +/week What You'll Be Doing:
• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Enroll clients in ACA health plans and supplemental coverage
• Submit referrals and boost your payout
• Keep organized records of calls and enrollments
• Work in-office with a team that celebrates wins daily What We're Looking For:
• 240 or 215 Insurance license
• Confident on the phone and quick to close
• Sales experience (insurance, phone, or retail preferred)
• Bilingual a plus
• Motivated, dependable, and ready to grow
