At D1 Training Cabot, we're building a high-performance gym--and we need a Fitness Sales & Operations Lead to drive new member growth and own the sales funnel. We need a sales-obsessed leader to help take it to the next level. This role will primarily work afternoon hours 3-8 and some weekends. What You 'll Do: Call, text, and DM leads fast
• Book and confirm free trial workouts
• Close memberships and upsell D1on1 & Team Training
• Track KPIs (schedule, show, close rates)
• Help run gym operations during your shift
