Job Responsibilities for Parts Counter Sales Representative: * Handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail, or in-person * Utilize manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for customers, internal and external * Advise customers on related parts * Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status * Ensure that inventory control practices are followed * Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues * Communicate with Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing * Provide solutions for the needs of our customers * Assist with other projects as needed Required Skills for Parts Counter Sales Representative: * High school diploma or GED * Two (2) years of heavy truck/auto parts or shop experience * Mechanical aptitude, desired * Customer service skills * Good written and verbal communication skills Why Allegiance Trucks?
