Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, bridging the gap between marketing and sales by prospecting into organizations, uncovering potential opportunities, and introducing the appropriate Account Executive. This is a team-oriented position with a clear career growth path and excellent earning potential within sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to identify potential clients within the healthcare sector. * Qualifying Leads: Engage prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest in our SaaS solutions, ensuring they meet the criteria for a successful sales opportunity. * Appointment Setting: Schedule online meetings and product demos for Account Executives to advance the sales process. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our product offerings. * Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, refine outreach strategies, and ensure proper follow-up with warm leads. * Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospects to help refine product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer messaging. Key Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role, preferably within the healthcare, SaaS, or technology industry. * Strong understanding of the post-acute healthcare market, including challenges and trends affecting providers. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to build rapport with potential clients and navigate complex conversations with healthcare professionals. * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) and other sales enablement software. *Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally in the healthcare or SaaS industry. Work Environment * Full-time, in-office. * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Performance Metrics * Number of qualified leads generated per month. * Conversion rate from leads to appointments/demos. * Revenue generated or opportunities created for the sales team. * Activity levels (e.g., calls, emails, social media outreach). * CRM data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
