What you do: * Work with the client to educate and assist them on the build process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and the office, keeping everyone in the loop. * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily * Excellent interpersonal communication skills What you'll bring: * Sales experience with in home sales related to home improvement is HIGHLY PREFERRED * Be willing to work as a member of a team * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Valid Driver's License and able to pass a background check * The ability to meet new people with confidence. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Willingness to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Valid Driver's License and clean driving history We want people that are looking to join a family, not just work a job.
