Job Summary

: Sales Representative at Rocc Solid Construction Rocc Solid Construction is seeking self-driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a basic understanding of door-to-door sales, we want you on our team! This role involves generating leads, following up on provided leads from our canvassing team, and closing deals. Our primary focus is on insurance restoration work, meaning 90% of our jobs are based on insurance scopes. You will be responsible for securing signed contracts or contingency agreements, scheduling adjustment appointments for insurance jobs, and ensuring all leads are managed effectively. Ideal candidates should be self-reliant and capable of building and maintaining a sustainable pipeline of leads. This commission-based role offers one of the highest earning potentials in the roofing industry, making it a highly lucrative opportunity for individuals who are driven by success and the desire to make money.

Duties

for Sales Representative at Rocc Solid Construction:

• Generate and follow up on leads, including those provided by the canvassing team.
• Close deals by obtaining signed contracts or contingency agreements.
• Collect the first check from customers and manage financial transactions.
• Obtain necessary paperwork from insurance (scope of work).
• Ensure all documents are uploaded accurately into the CRM system (AccuLynx).
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Schedule adjustment appointments for insurance jobs as needed.
