Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Fitness Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team in promoting and selling fitness memberships, personal training packages, and other services offered by our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation * Drive membership sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new members. * Promote additional services, including personal training, wellness programs, and group classes. Team Management * Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and motivation. * Schedule and manage sales team shifts and responsibilities. * Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Customer Relationship Management * Build strong relationships with prospective and current members to maximize satisfaction and retention. * Conduct tours and consultations for potential clients, understanding their fitness goals and matching them with the right services. * Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner. Marketing & Outreach * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, events, and campaigns to drive traffic and increase visibility. * Network with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads and referrals. Reporting & Analytics * Monitor sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management. * Analyze sales trends and adapt strategies as needed. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Qualifications: * High school degree * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry * Leadership experience managing or supervising a sales team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Coral Springs, FL 33071 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Coral Springs, FL 33071: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
