Job Description/Responsibilities:Qualifications:CompensationPlease submit a copy of your resume to be considered for this role. * Outside direct sales position * Project Management * Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in neighborhoods damaged by storm * Complete roofing inspections * Diagnose damages or needed repairs * Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process * Communicate with vendors and sub contractors * Payment collection * Valid drivers license * Basic computer and internet skills * Ability to use a smartphone * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Ability to climb on roofs * Must be able to pass a background check * Personally driven and self motivated * No roofing industry experience required! * Must have previous proven sales experience * Potential six figure income * Commission based role * Unlimited earning potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,166.00 - $165,031.00 per year Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Are you comfortable being on a roof? * Are you comfortable with outside sales including door knocking? * Are you comfortable with full commission?
