Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on promoting and selling products in a boutique store setting.

Responsibilities

- Engage customers and provide exceptional service - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain and restock inventory on the sales floor - Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Supervise and assist with store operations as needed - Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries - Drive retail sales through effective product promotion strategies Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Proficiency in POS systems and basic supervisory skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with stocking procedures and product displays Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.60 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 60 per week
