Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, showcase our vehicle inventory, and close sales effectively. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal. * Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate records of available stock. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment plans. * Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience. * Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate new leads and expand customer base. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and dealership promotions. Skills * Proven experience in sales within a dealership environment. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Proficiency in retail math for effective pricing and financing discussions. * Familiarity with sales support software and inventory management systems. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual). * Strong outbound sales skills to proactively reach potential customers. * A genuine passion for automobiles and the automotive industry.
