Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our HVAC retail team. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customers to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide assistance as needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Completes all required management reports.
• Helps in cleaning of the store and warehouse.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer, makes Quotations and Transfer of merchandise.
• Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are neatly organized and displays are visually appealing.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features and benefits, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Operates forklift as required.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC sales role or customer service position is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, software used to maintain inventory and POS sales.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company and adapt to changes in product offerings and promotions.
• At least two years of work experience in HVAC sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales techniques is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
