CANDIDATE PROFILE: * The ideal candidate will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality. * They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships. * Experience in interior design and/ or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude. All Sales/ Design Consultants are trained to use our 3-D design software to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes. Also additional healthcare support & paid vacation Weekend work is required. * Qualifications* * Prior retail sales experience (furniture or home decor experience is a plus) * College degree (BA in Design is a plus) * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word * Must be able to work on the weekends * Enthusiasm and desire to learn * Passion for people and retail * Strong communication skills * Additional Information Responsibilities * Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings * Provide the highest level of customer service * Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business * Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center * Help customer make selections by building customer confidence * Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
