About the Role: As a Sales Representative on our Onboarding & Re-Engagement Team, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring, implementing, and managing relationships with sports teams across the country. This is an ideal opportunity for college graduates who have experience coaching or for former athletes who want to channel their passion for sports into a sales career. You'll start with account management responsibilities, helping sports teams seamlessly adopt the 1st Place Spiritwear program. Over time, you'll transition into a full sales role, working to convert coaches and athletic directors into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities: * Acquisition: Connect with sports team coaches and athletic directors, educating them on the benefits of 1st Place Spiritwear. * Implementation: Assist new clients in onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. * Ongoing Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying growth opportunities. * Sales Growth: Transition into a sales-focused role, actively converting new clients and expanding our reach. * Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
