Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. In addition there is a commission of every sale made starting at 8% Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients * Conduct direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations, to showcase our offerings. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other innovative methods. * Engage in technical sales discussions with clients Skills * Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. * Excellent upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. * Ability to generate leads through various channels effectively. * Familiarity with roofing and roofing sales is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
