Job Description

: We're seeking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional with the talent to build trust and credibility with prospective clients and confidently close deals. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a percentage of each job you bring in plus hourly pay. What We're Looking For:

• A highly motivated individual with proficiency in sales and above average people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel Cleaning.
• An individual who excels in customer-facing roles, builds rapport quickly, and is motivated by achieving sales goals using proven scripts and guided support.
• Ability to perform job estimates correctly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate new business through outbound and inbound sales, referrals, and door knocking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct site visits to provide accurate estimates for pressure washing, solar panel cleaning and more.
• Learn to perform pressure washing and solar panel cleaning tasks to assist on-site when necessary.
• Earn a percentage of every job you close, with additional incentives for performing the labor on jobs.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a home service industry, restaurant industry or any sales experience and confidence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with being outside all day and on the go to get as many jobs done with precision and execution on-site as well.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including performing manual labor for extra income.
• A reliable and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
