Responsibilities

: As a Roofing Sales Representative you will:

• Meet with property owners to sell roof replacement jobs.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process
• Generate leads through door knocking in neighborhoods affected by hail damage
• Achieve monthly performance targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales and 2 years roofing experience required
• Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in achieving targets.
• Self-motivated: bring your drive and determination
• Proficient in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Confidence: trust in your abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. What we offer:
• This is a 1099 commission-based position, with draws available on the 1st & 15th

Compensation

totals an average of $150,000.00 + per year

• Training pay is available for the first 30 days
• Bonus pay: Sales Contests available
• Car allowance available when quota is met
