Client Services Representative Now Hiring: In-Home Client Services Representative Specializing in Home Improvement, Color & Style Selections Are you passionate about home design and customer service? About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and design-savvy In-Home Client Services Representative to assist homeowners with color and style selections for their home improvement projects. You will work directly with clients in their homes, guiding them through product choices, design options, and ensuring their vision aligns with their space and preferences. This is not a sales job: the work is sold. Your job would be to help the homeowner decide upon the many choices that come with each job including navigating upgrades and change orders. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to assist homeowners with selecting colors, materials, and styles for their home improvement projects. * Provide expert advice on design trends, product options, and aesthetic coordination. * Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service from consultation to project completion. * Educate homeowners on available products and services to help them make informed decisions. * Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Ability to control multiple jobs simultaneously with a focus on effective and enthusiastic communication with team members and clients. * Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to go the extra mile - high level of customer service is a must! What We 're Looking For: * Experience in customer service, home improvement, interior design, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of color coordination, design trends, and product selection. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and provide professional in-home experience. * Reliable transportation for in-home visits. * Driver 's License: Must have a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record. * Team Player : Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team. * Clean Record : Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
