Compensation: $98,300 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Represent buyers, sellers, and renters throughout real estate transactions. * Conduct property showings, organize open houses, and perform market evaluations. * Create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, utilizing platforms such as social media and MLS. * Negotiate contracts diligently, ensuring adherence to all legal and financial regulations. * Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all parties involved in transactions. * Maintain accurate records, deliver exceptional client service, and foster ongoing client relationships. * Qualifications: * Education & Licensing: High school diploma (required); valid real estate license or a strong willingness to obtain one. * Experience: Prior background in sales, negotiation, or customer service preferred. * Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Technical Proficiency: Experience with MLS, real estate-specific software, and digital marketing platforms. * Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to prioritizing client needs. * About Company We are a White Glove, full-service based Real Estate Team of Elite Professionals.
