Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and expertise to customers in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best mobile solutions to enhance their experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of mobile devices. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively. * Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services tailored to customer needs. * Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Skills * Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures. * Strong ability to conduct engaging product demos that capture customer interest. * Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Proven sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly workspace. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
