Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent Simple Way Insurance Services - El Cajon, CA Simple Way Insurance Services of El Cajon, CA is hiring a Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team! With over 15 years of experience running high-performance auto insurance brokerages, I've trained agents who consistently sell 7 -12 policies per day. We buy 50 -100 fresh, non-standard auto leads per day per agent, and we're currently appointed with 28+ carriers , serving customers throughout California -- and growing. Compensation Structure: We offer a hybrid pay model -- you'll earn either hourly or commission, whichever is greater. * Training Pay : $21.00/hour for your first 60 days * Standard Pay : $16.50/hour after training * Commission : Up to 35% of collected broker fees + up to $20 per policy * Performance bonuses based on individual and agency success * $3,000 Sign-On Bonus , paid out over your first 6 months -- ask us how it works!
