Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent Simple Way Insurance Services - El Cajon, CA Simple Way Insurance Services of El Cajon, CA is hiring a Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team! With over 15 years of experience running high-performance auto insurance brokerages, I've trained agents who consistently sell 7 -12 policies per day. We buy 50 -100 fresh, non-standard auto leads per day per agent, and we're currently appointed with 28+ carriers , serving customers throughout California -- and growing.

Compensation

Structure: We offer a hybrid pay model -- you'll earn either hourly or commission, whichever is greater.

• Training Pay : $21.00/hour for your first 60 days
• Standard Pay : $16.50/hour after training
• Commission : Up to 35% of collected broker fees + up to $20 per policy
• Performance bonuses based on individual and agency success

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (required)
• Sales experience NOT required - we'll train you
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and ethical
• Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and present auto insurance quotes
• Close sales and build lasting client relationships
• Provide timely, friendly support to new and existing customers
• Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and policy retention
