ParkM is a technology-based start-up that is bringing a digital solution to managing apartment community parking lots. By utilizing an online permitting platform, property managers can better manage their parking lots and create a new revenue stream for their community. The ParkM Solution : ParkM's fast, simple, and easy-to-use system allows residents to self-manage parking 24/7. Residents can manage their vehicles and purchase guest permits for their visitors, all online through their own secure login. Park M's virtual permitting system eliminates rearview mirror hanging tags and windshield stickers; all permitting is tied to the registered license plate. Residents no longer need to go to the community's office for a permit. They can do it online anytime, saving everyone time. What you will bring to the team : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves frequent travel within the state of Colorado to meet with clients and prospects and provide personalized service and support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. * Deliver revenue checks monthly and check on the property's needs and performance. * Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to present product/service offerings, demonstrate value, and close sales. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sales support. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for business growth. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics. Requirements: * Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
