Job Summary

We are a funding company that provides businesses with tailored financial needs. We are a direct lender with a team of underwriters loan officers and salesforce allowing us to make the best competitive offers. We are looking to grow our team of sales professionals with qualified and experienced candidates. You will be responsible for making the initial contact to prospective client, engage with them and and introduce our services. Training is provided. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to negotiate, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Duties

• Conduct warm calling to existing leads and potential customers to introduce our services. Generated client list given to you.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using Salesforce or similar software.
• Develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Strong English skills are essential for success in this role
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking customer interactions.
