Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and closing the deal. The best part is, we provide you the leads and prospects! We provide top tier training for those who have at least 1 year of sales experience, regardless if it's in solar or not! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to engage prospects effectively through outbound calling. This position is essential for driving business development and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer client inquiries confidently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual. Proven experience in technology sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and strategies for effective lead generation.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• A proactive attitude towards business development and customer service.
• Basic technical knowledge of software products is beneficial but not mandatory.
