About the Opportunity: We are seeking a driven and experienced Bilingual Residential Roofing Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic team. What We Offer: * Competitive commission-based earnings * Car allowance * Company vehicle for appointments * Supportive, growth-focused culture * Career advancement opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development What You 'll Do: * Conduct a minimum of 3 site visits daily (roof inspections, customer meetings) * Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and provide customized solutions * Walk on roofs to perform and document inspections * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business * Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and company targets * Stay updated on roofing products, services, and industry trends Qualifications: * Bilingual (Spanish/English) required * Previous residential roofing sales experience is a MUST * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Clean Florida driver's license and driving record * Ability to walk roofs, lift 40 lbs, and carry/handle ladders * Comfortable working outside of a traditional office environment * Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed * Familiarity with sales strategies and customer management technology Skills and Experience: * Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction processes * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong customer service and relationship management skills * Ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions effectively * Experience with outside sales, B2C, or B2B is a plus * Business development mindset and ability to identify new sales opportunities Important Details: * This is a 100% commission-based position * Must be willing and able to travel across assigned territories * Must be comfortable getting on roofs and performing physical tasks related to inspections Join Our Team: If you're hungry, driven, and ready to make a real impact in a growing company, apply now and take the next step in your roofing sales career!
