Overview We are seeking a motivated, positive and dedicated person looking to be an Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team in Westlake! In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients for their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strong work ethic and a keen ability to analyze and negotiate insurance products that best fit our clients' requirements. Duties * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough analysis of various insurance products and policies. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance agreements on behalf of clients. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance sales. Self study to improve knowledge. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize telemarketing strategies we provide to reach potential clients and expand your customer base. Build relationships and network your inner circle for advocates and sales opportunities as your grow your business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a wider range of clients. * Ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients. * Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for maintaining client confidentiality. * A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
