Bonita Aesthetics is looking for a confident, skilled, and ambitious Aesthetic Nurse who isn't just great with clients but also thrives on driving revenue and growing a personal book of business. What You 'll Do: Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments: Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and more Build rapport and trust with clients to create long-term treatment plans Offer expert skincare advice and recommend products that deliver results Track client progress and maintain detailed, accurate records Be a key part of our growth--bringing in clients, rebooking with confidence, and maximizing every opportunity What We 're Looking For: California-licensed RN or NP (REQUIRED) Aesthetic treatment experience (min. 1 year preferred) - not necessary for the right candidate! Fluent in Spanish? That's a huge plus! Outgoing, confident, and thrives in a sales-driven role Obsessed with providing an exceptional client experience What We Offer: Base pay $45-$65hr depending on experience Bonus structure = total earning potential $100+/hr Opportunity to grow from part-time to full-time as your clientele grows Ongoing training and career development A beautiful, supportive, and empowering workplace Schedule:
