In this vital role, you'll be the first voice potential clients hear--and the one who helps them feel supported, informed, and empowered to take the next step. If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a background in sales or client service, we want to hear from you. What You 'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts from prospective clients
• Respond immediately to new leads and proactively follow up to maximize conversions
• Build rapport, listen with empathy, and gather essential case details
• Clearly communicate why Schilling & Silvers is the best firm for their case
• Accurately input all client data in our case management system in real time
• Seamlessly transition signed clients to the legal team with complete onboarding

Compensation

:

• Competitive Hourly Base Pay: Competitive Base Salary

What You Bring

to the Table:

• Bilingual: English & Spanish (Required)
• Sales experience or intake experience in a legal or high-volume service industry
• Empathetic communicator with a client-first mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Driven, competitive, and goal-focused
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and Microsoft Office Bonus Points For:
• Prior experience at a personal injury or plaintiff law firm
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries
• Background in competitive sports or team-based environments Position Details:
• Full-Time | In-Person
• Location: 1700 NW 64th St., Suite 460, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (No Nights)
