Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for customer service will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. * Present products and services to clients, highlighting features and benefits. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. * Meet or exceed sales targets set by management. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
