Organizational Change Manager (OCM) Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2x/week & as needed at client site) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview of Opportunity At Clutch, we believe that meaningful change is about more than processes-- it's about people. We're looking for a strategic and experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead transformative initiatives that help our clients embrace change with confidence and clarity. The OCM will be instrumental in planning, managing, and delivering change strategies that align with our clients' goals--minimizing disruption, optimizing adoption, and driving long-term success. This role will collaborate closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to guide the successful integration of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts. What You 'll Do * Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational models. * Partner with stakeholders to foster alignment, drive engagement, and champion a shared vision for change. * Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. * Coach leaders and project sponsors on best practices for navigating and supporting change. * Design clear, compelling communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences across the organization. * Build and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and confidence to thrive in new environments. * Track and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives using key metrics and feedback loops. * Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement across client organizations. This Role Might Be for You If You: * Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or have equivalent experience (6+ years) in organizational change management. * Have a strong track record leading complex, large-scale change initiatives. * Hold certification in a recognized change management methodology such as Prosci ADKAR. * Bring strategic planning and execution skills that deliver measurable results. * Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels--both verbally and in writing. * Thrive on solving problems, thinking critically, and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs. * Excel at managing multiple priorities with exceptional organization and time management.
