As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with clients from diverse sectors, focusing on Mid to Large Enterprise organizations. Your role is to expertly align our innovative cloud-based solutions with the client's evolving office technology needs. As a strategic advisor, guide our customers to tailored solutions that enhance their productivity and business outcomes. Salary * $75,000 to $150,000 (includes base + commission, bonus) Your Role And Responsibilities * Achieve and surpass sales and product goals, setting new performance standards. * Expertly assess lead quality and address client needs, engaging technical support as needed. * Develop strong alliances with industry sales reps, driving solution-focused partnerships. * Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within untapped accounts in collaboration with partner sales teams. * Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in office technology solutions. * Deliver compelling presentations, demos, quotes, proposals, and QBRs to clients. * Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, showcasing deep understanding of their business needs. * Drive the sales process using effective solution-selling techniques. * Expand business within existing accounts, managing complex sales scenarios. * Leverage customer relationships for upselling opportunities and mutual growth. * Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and update status reports accurately. * Collaborate with management for sales forecasting and identifying market trends. * Continuously update your knowledge of our product line, competitive landscape, and industry trends. What We 're Looking For * At least 5 years of Account Management experience in a technology setting. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, showcasing your commitment to ongoing professional development. * Direct experience in two-tier selling models, particularly in SaaS/Cloud. * Experience in selling SaaS video/web conferencing or similar technologies is preferred. * Self-starter mentality with skills in generating and converting sales leads. * Exceptional presentation skills and strategic messaging capabilities. * Proficiency in social media for networking, along with strong PC application skills. * Demonstrated ability in business forecasting, pipeline development, and sales funnel management. * Excellent verbal communication skills and a consultative approach. * Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable.
