Compensation: $55,000+ with Commission Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representative * Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential clients, providing information about our vehicle wrap and fleet graphics services. * Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of potential clients to introduce Synergy Grafix and generate new business opportunities. * Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and close sales. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their business and branding goals. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently engaging with prospects and converting leads into customers. * Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Synergy Grafix as the best choice for vehicle wraps. * Provide excellent customer service , ensuring clients have a positive experience from initial contact to project completion. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to grow!
