Are you self-motivated, confident on the phone, and ready to build a high- income career? We're a growing nationwide moving company looking for Inside Phone Sales Representatives to join our team. No cold calling--just quality, pre-qualified leads from people actively planning an interstate move. Our team supports customers moving across state lines, with an average move starting at $2,350. We're looking for sales professionals who know how to guide clients, build trust, and confidently close the deal. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Taking inbound calls and following up with leads who have already requested a quote
• Asking the right questions to assess customer needs and inventory
• Explaining pricing, services, and booking process
• Building rapport and helping customers feel confident in their move
• Closing sales and collecting deposits
• Following industry regulations and company processes with integrity What We 're Looking For:
• Sales experience (moving or logistics is a plus but not required)
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
• Confident in asking for payment and finalizing deals What We Offer:
