The Sales/Design Associate position actively works to ensure the highest level of customer experience in the store. A Sales Consultant/Design Associate must be fully competent selling all ELEMENT Home products, follow ELEMENT Home store policies, and proficient in POS software. A Sales/Design Associate must be proficient with and utilize their Interior Design skills to facilitate selling the ELEMENT Home product lines. This includes making house calls, discovery, taking necessary notes, measurements and pictures, creating a professional presentation including scaled floor plans and presentation boards and swatches, creating a proposal and successful execution of the plan and personal management of the installation. The Sales Associate must be able to independently manage the showroom and are empowered to handle most situations using their best judgement in accordance with ELEMENT core values. As ELEMENT Home is a small team, every team member is expected to perform any duties that may arise to properly run the store.
